What we collect

• Anonymous usage statistics. We count page views and clicks on product links as daily totals. These counts are not linked to you and we build no individual visitor profiles.
• What you send us. If you use the on-site chat or contact us, we receive the messages you write. Chat messages are processed by our AI service provider to generate a reply — please don’t include sensitive personal information.
• Direct orders. If you buy directly from us (rather than on Amazon), we collect the name, shipping address, and email needed to fulfil the order. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (for example, keeping our own staff signed in to the site’s admin area). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Links we share on social platforms carry campaign tags (UTM parameters) that tell us which platform a visit came from — nothing more.

Third parties

• Amazon — product purchases happen on Amazon; their privacy policy applies there.
• Vercel — hosts this site and provides aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics.
• Supabase — stores our site data (such as the anonymous counters and any direct-order details).
• Payment processor — handles direct-order payments on our behalf.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Retention & your rights

Direct-order details are kept as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU/EEA, UK, Canada, or Australia), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
